Bengaluru- TTF Bengaluru will be held on 17 to 19 February,2023 at the
Palace Grounds, Tripuravasini. The inauguration of TTF Bengaluru will
be held in the august presence of Anand Singh, minister for Tourism,
Ecology & Environment, Goverment of Karnataka and Kapil Mohan, IAS
Addional Chief Secretary to Goverment Tourism Department,
Government of Karnataka, travel industry leaders along with other
dignitariesThe event concentrating on the ever-growing Southern India
travel market opened on 17 th February, 2023. It is staging the post-
pandemic round of domestic and international travel with over 120
participants from 4 countries and 20 Indian states and UTs. This edition
of TTF Bengaluru is 50% bigger than the one held in 2022-a clear
indicator that the industry is now on a strong upward curve.
Regaining its momentum post pandemic the travel and tourism is back
with numbers even excedding pre-pandemic level. Domestic travel in
india is witnessing a surge like never before. As per reports , around
82% Indian millennial travellers the largest chunk of the travelling
population are planning to take a family vacation this year out of which a
wooping 44% is looking forward to adomestic holiday. In the outbound
section, trip count from India is estimated to touch 29 mm by 2025 and
cross the $ 24 bn mark by 2024.
TTF Bengaluru is a well-timed right before the summer vacation seasion
ahead.
Karnataka tourism the Host satate oF TTF Bengalauru has extended its
full support to the show. The show is an obvious choice for the state to
showcase all that it has to offer there are 310 major tourist destinations
in the state of Karnataka the highest in India and the state ishailed as
the fourth most visited tourist destination in India.
Other states like Kerala.Madhya Pradesh and Odisha are also
showcasing all their attractions and participating from all over India from
many states are also present at the show. TTF Bengaluru has big
contingent from Partner Country Nepal as well as who are participating
along with many of their stakeholders.
The show also has private exhibitors from several other Countries like
Thailand, Turkey, United Kingdom and Vietnam and from states namely
Andaman and Nicobor islands, Delhi, Goa, Gujjarat , Himachal Pradesh
, Haryana, Jammu & Kashmir< Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Uttarkhand,
uttar Pradesh and West Benga, comprising of travel agents, tour
operators, hospitality chains , DMCs, attractions etc. The Ministry of
Tourism , Government of India has a key presence at the show to
highlight and showcase the ongoing initiatives of the Ministry of Tourism
like the held G20 summit or Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav, EK Bharat
Shreshtha Bhrat, Dekho Apna Desh
